South transept shows two pointed arch windows, sacristy shows entrance portal and south elevation of presbytery shows twin ogee lights similar to those in the crossing tower which has crow - step battlements.

The arches have foliate cusps and dogtooth mouldings; capitals have stiff - leaf foliage carvings; roll - and - fillet hood mouldings terminate in foliate and head carved label stops; the shafts are plain.

Photograph by Roger Stalley. View of first bay of the south nave wall. Chamfered arch moulding is carried on a cylindrical pier of ashlar masonry with bell capital and water - holding base. Late Gothic entrance to night stair and coeval south cloister walk can be seen on far side of nave arcade.

Photograph by Roger Stalley. View of east cloister walk. The arcades are subdivided into bays of three arches by two chamfered buttresses with chamfered capitals and four - centred arches with chamfered voussoirs. The cloister has a pointed vault of rubble masonry.
